THE PROBLEM

Internet explorer - Hold the Enter key down when clicking on the button.

Netscape - Hold the Ctrl key down when clicking on the button.

IF IT IS STILL A PROBLEM

Sometimes the shopping cart window is already open, but covered by the current window. Try minimizing the current window
